Ability and Technique rules.

The banned powers are of so:
Far Distance Teleportation/Flashstep
                                   
    Space and Time warping powers.
                                     
   Brain or Control of Body, not counting something like Sai.

Now, You can't have something that godmods. Which means you can't control your opponents character fully. This doesn't include the already made things, this just means the created ones.

With that said, you can't have something that modifys you opponents ability to move, unless it already exists in the Anime.
